The staff at Human Solutions LLC are experts in providing training and consulting services on disability and workforce development issues. Founded in 2004 by Lisa Jordan, Human Solutions staff have over 30+ years of combined experience working with people with disabilities.

Lisa Jordan, the President of Human Solutions, has a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). She holds multiple certifications in the workforce development field and is also a certified Global Career Development Facilitator-Instructor (GCDF-I), a curriculum that contributes to the professional development and national certification of workforce development professionals in 12 core competency areas.

With experience developing, managing, and providing direct service programs to the community, Human Solutions is dedicated to supporting and empowering Social Security beneficiaries as they make the important decision to return to work.
